All products are FIS (free into store) as long as a minimum order of $1500 +GST is received. For all orders under the FIS minimum a freight charge of $65 will apply for Auckland deliveries $95 for the rest of the North Island and $105 for South Island deliveries. A packaging charge of $40 will apply for all orders under 30 sheets. Customers are welcome to collect orders with no packaging.

Commonly Asked Questions For RigidRAP

All sheets should be installed vertically for bracing. Sheets can be installed horizontally if they are not used as a bracing panel.

You need to leave a 2mm gap around all sides of the sheets for expansion and contraction. This means 4mm between the sheets on all sides. Hence the sheet width of 1196mm.

You must use a Z flashing if joining RigidRAP at mid floor level. For all other horizontal joins we recommend 150mm flashing tape.

A list of all tapes that have been tested and approved is listed in our Installation Guide. All tape installation should be in accordance with the manufactures install details.

150 centres around the perimeter of the sheets and 300mm through the centres. 75mm centres on the top and bottom plate. If not used as bracing 300mm centres.

You can leave outside in the weather for up to 90 days before cladding.

Corrugated iron is the only product than can be directly fixed as this profile forms a cavity type system. Corrugated iron needs to be installed vertically when fixing directly. All other cladding products need to be fixed to a cavity system.

No, IBS EUROFloor only comes as untreated.

It can be left outside for up to 90 days. If the product has water sitting on the board this should be either swept off asap or holes should be drilled to drain the water from the product.

Yes, the product can be used in wet areas as long as a certified water proofing product is used on the surface in accordance with the specified manufacturers installation procedure.

All EUROFloor should be installed laser print down onto the joists.

Commonly Asked Questions For IBS Showerline

You can use any PVC or aluminium joiners available from any merchant.

No, you only need to earth sheets that have either electrical power points or light switches installed onto the sheets.
