All sheets should be installed vertically for bracing. Sheets can be installed horizontally if they are not used as a bracing panel.

You must use a Z flashing if joining RigidRAP® at mid floor level. For all other horizontal joins we recommend 150mm flashing tape.
A list of all tapes that have been tested and approved is listed in our Installation Guide. All tape installation should be in accordance with the manufactures install details.

Finish Plyfloor by ensuring all edges are sealed, and any gaps are filled and covered with appropriate linings and skirting board.
Lay out Plyfloor sheets in a staggered pattern, ensuring all edges are supported and expansion gaps are left around walls.
The plastic tongue and groove along the edges of the sheets allow for easy edge jointing without the need for additional timber support.
