During their tenure at Independent Building Supplies, Josh progressed through roles of increasing responsibility. As Product Manager, they specialized in OSB, raising awareness of its benefits within the building community. Their work history includes managing marketing initiatives, including website development, GS1 database management, digital advertising, staff management, customer relations, and conference preparation. Their earlier role as Store Man provided a foundation in building supplies and operations.
